By accessing or using the Sora platform to book beauty and wellness services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
2. Booking & Payment
• All services must be booked and paid for through the Sora platform.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full service amount.
• Rescheduling must be completed in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or other relevant medical concerns prior to receiving a service.
• Sora and the freelance professional are not liable for any adverse reactions, irritations, injuries, or effects resulting from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed information.
4. Beauty & Wellness Services
• Services such as hair styling, nail treatments, waxing, facials, lash lamination, lash extensions, brows, and makeup are performed according to the client’s requests.
• Sora and the freelance professionals do not guarantee any specific results.
• Any damage to hair, nails, skin, or adverse reactions to products used are the responsibility of the client.
5. Independent Service Providers
• Sora operates solely as a booking platform and does not employ service providers.
• Freelance professionals are independent contractors, solely responsible for their services and performance.
• Any disputes or dissatisfaction with services must be addressed directly with the professional.
6. Licenses & Permits
• Freelance professionals are responsible for ensuring that they hold all required permits, licenses, and certifications to provide their services legally.
• Sora does not verify or guarantee compliance with such requirements and is not liable for issues arising from non-compliance.
7. Safety & Conduct
• Both clients and professionals must maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times.
• Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund and, if necessary, reporting to authorities.
8. Amendments
Sora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Free Cancellation: Appointments canceled more than 12 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any fee.
10. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full service amount.
11. No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior cancellation will be charged the full service amount.
